Dr. Martin Brogli is co-founder of 2BCS AG. He has been supporting national and international clients as a process and IT consultant since 1995. After studying information management he did his PhD on the digitalization and management of processes at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Martin is a well-known expert in application strategies, process optimization, evaluations and implemention best practice.
Alexander Berger studied economics at the University of Bern. Parallel to working at Coop in the Controlling and IT divisions Alex successfully did a Masters in Business Engineering at the HSG. In 2002 he started his consulting career and in 2006 co-founded 2BCS. Alex does strategy and platform projects and is an expert in evaluations and implementations.
Robin Seidelmann is the responsible manager for the business unit ERP at 2BCS AG. Since 2000 he has been leading MES and ERP projects in industry and consulting. The projects are both in the DACH region and internationally. Robin Seidelmann studied business informatics with a focus on business processes in industrial companies. He is the primary contact for ERP evaluations, ERP implementations, business process management and digitization strategies. Robin Seidelmann focuses on manufacturing companies, service companies and large-scale projects. In addition, with almost 9 years of industry experience and various consulting mandates, he is the expert for MES, IoT and Industry 4.0.
Dr. Martin Stadelmann is an expert in future-oriented customer management and has been accompanying companies of all industries on their way to a holistic CRM for almost 20 years. This combines technical, process-related and strategic requirements with the possibilities of technical implementation - in the sense of realizing a comprehensive customer experience and consistently digital orchestration of the "customer functions" marketing, sales and customer service.
In addition to his main activity as a management consultant, Dr. Ing. Martin Stadelmann Lecturer at the University of St. Gallen and co-founder (2002) of the executive degree program "Master of Advanced Studies in CRM" at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW), where he lectures on various core topics of the offered CRM courses is.
Jean-Jacques Morlet did an apprenticeship as a chemist. Parallel to working Jean-Jacques went to evening school to become a sales manager. He has successfully been in this function for years and supported many business applications companies. At 2BCS Jean-Jacques Morlet is Head of Sales and Marketing.
Peter Kohtz studied logistics and IT at the University of Ludwigshafen. After his studies Peter worked as a senior consultant for a specialized logistics consultancy. There he managed large international projects. After that he worked at Würth as an in-house logistics consultant. Peter is specialized in audits, evaluations and implementation of business and logistics applications.
Christian Palm is a very experienced project manager and consultant who has worked in different industries and areas of expertise. Originally he studied Medical Computer Science in Heidelberg. After working in the IT industry for many years Christian studied Customer Relationship Management at the ZHAW. Since then he has been supporting many companies optimizing their customers journey and implementing world-class CRM solutions.
Jafar Sabadia is an experienced and dynamic consultant at 2BCS. He originally studied Economics and Business Innovation at the University of St. Gallen. His first career steps were with various start-ups. Jafar is specialized in digitalization projects and supports international industrial clients in Evaluations and Implementations. Jafar fluently speaks German, English, French and Arabic.
Stephan Weder is a consultant of 2BCS AG. After graduating from the University of St. Gallen with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, he gained experience primarily in software evaluations and implementations. In the year 2019 Stephan also successfully completed a Master in Business innovation and is now focusing on digital transformation projects as well as data protection and data security.
After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Gallen, Ms. Bernasconi was working for UBS in Lugano. She then returned to St. Gallen for her specialization in Accounting and Finance and later started to work for 2BCS mainly in the ERP environment.
Alexander Sporenberg is a young, exciting and highly motivated consultant working for 2BCS. He is currently finishing his M.A. at the HSG and working part-time on customer projects. Alexander actively supports customers during implementations with this process and technology know-how.
Florian Roth did an apprenticeship in IT. After that he studied Industrial Engineering at the ZHAW in Wintherthur. During his studies he participated in many customer projects modelling and optimizing business processes. One of Florians favorite topics is data analysis and data quality improvement. Apart from that he is involved in numerous ERP implementations.
Raphael Morlet is a successful sales manager at 2BCS. He supports the ERP and CRM teams in their marketing and sales activities. Raphael originally did an apprenticeship in the construction area and then entered into Sales. He has been working in the area of project sales since 2014.
David Brogli is an IT specialist responsible for the 2BCS homepage. He is currently finishing his apprenticeship. Creative, customer specific webpages with cool functionality are his specialities.
