With an ERP solution and various area-specific applications such as CRM, MES or BI, the business software landscape represents the backbone of many companies. Every change and/or new introduction of business software is a far-reaching intervention in the entire processes of a company.
The introduction of business software is very complex, especially from the point of view of project management, and requires not only technical but also methodological and social skills of those involved. This continuing education course focuses on the interplay between methodological and social topics of project management and supplements these with technical input on the individual project steps. In this way, leadership and change management paired with the process methodology for introducing new technologies achieve successful transformation in business software projects.

Dr. Martin Brogli is co-founder of 2BCS AG. Since 1995 he has been working as a process and IT consultant in various industries in Switzerland and abroad. He wrote his dissertation on the topic of "Processes and IT".
Mauro Osta is a consultant at 2BCS with a focus on ERP projects. He specializes in software selection and implementation project support.
Claire Rozner founded "The Project People Company" in 2019. She has 20 years of experience in various project management roles and is an expert in change management.
Manuel Gandt is Principal Consultant and Managing Partner of syscon Unternehmensberatungsgesellschaft in Erlangen. His activities focus on the area of Business Intelligence/Data Analytics & IoT. In addition to managing international business intelligence projects, he is an active lecturer at the Technical University of Nuremberg. He currently supports several large medium-sized companies in Central Europe as Head of Competence Center Data Analytics.
