  • • Definition of the processes and requirements for the global CAFM system (without CH) -> management of workplaces (employee level)
  • • Project lead during the global implementation with a belgian partner
  • • Project locations in CH, BE, GB, USA, AU
  • BI for GRE
  • • Definition of requirements for a consolidated global BI solution (for the area GRE)
  • • Definition of interfaces to related systems (contract management, CAFM, SAP, Excel, etc.)
  • Business cases:
  • • Sale and Lease back: Development of a business case to sell commercial property and demonstration of opportunities and risks
  • • Europa-Allee: Development of a business case to consolidate office space at Europa Allee and demonstration of opportunities and risks

    • Goals

    - Contract management: Evaluation and support during the implementation
    - CAFM: Definition of the relevant CAFM processes, Evaluation, project lead during the implementation
    - BI for GRE: Definition of the requirements for a BI solution
