fenaco is a company of Swiss farmers and their LANDI. fenaco and LANDI together form a corporate group, the fenaco-LANDI Group. The existing ERP landscape is heterogeneous and will be consolidated in the coming years.

  • Processing of the actual situation for the defined companies (Volg, Frigemo Handel & Produktion, Wine Group)
  • On the basis of the rough actual requirements pre-selection of possible providers
  • Generation of variants for the platform strategies
  • Evaluate the variants
  • Definition of a platform strategy
  • Creating a business case, synergy effects
  • Elaboration of the requirements for the purpose of tendering per company / group
  • Tendering with initially defined suppliers

    • Goals

    The goal of this project is to define and evaluate a new ERP solution landscape for Volg and Frigemo (total 800 users).

    Tasks of 2BCS

    2BCS led the strategy project and developed a business case together with fenaco IT. Subsequently the evaluation for the involved companies was initialized.
