SAP S/4 HANA implementation

Frigemo as part of the fenaco group decided in 2015 to implement SAP within Frigemo. The implementation covers 4 production plants as well as 6 trading companies and a complete functional coverage.

Tasks in project

  • of Frigemo in the subprojects: approx. 100 employees
  • of fenaco Informatik: about 15 employees
  • from Swisscom: about 20 consultants and developers
  • from other service providers: about 10 consultants and developers
  • Around 75 processes (based on SAP Best Practice)
  • Around 350 additional objects (reports, interfaces, migrations, extensions and forms)
  • Total costs >10 million CHF.
