Implementation of eBootis

Rausch AG Kreuzlingen creates, produces and distributes natural and herbal haircare products. This is done with 160 employees. In 2017 Rausch AG and 2BCS carried out an ERP evaluation choosing the ERP solution eBootis and the implementation partner SWT.

    • Goals

    Implement eBootis until Mid 2018 based on the contract and while staying in standard as much as possible. Interface eBootis to other relevant applications and carry out a validation of the system.

    Tasks of 2BCS

    Supporting the implementation as a member of the Steering Committee
    Support project management in methodological questions and with best practice.
