Electrosuisse, is the Swiss association for electro-, energy and information technology. The association offers education, inspections, engineering and standardization activities. Electrosuisse was using a very old ERP solution what was not present in the market anymore and was highly customized.

  • Derive cornerstones based on the corporate strategy
  • Derive ERP requirements for the business process „inspection“
  • Create tender
  • Distribute tender to the selected ERP vendors
  • Validate the vendors quotes and create a pre-selection of quotes
  • Carry out vendor workshops
  • Validate the workshops – identify the best vendor

    Identification of a modern, standard ERP solution that can cover the various businesses of Electrosuisse.
