Tasks in project

  • Internal project management for an international ERP project including international roll-out
  • Project planning taking into account internal and external resources.
  • Ensuring the data migration of vers. legacy systems to the new solution.
  • Organization and execution of the testing
  • Training concept (hybrid training) and planning
  • Management of the steering committee
  • Result controlling and quality assurance
  • Contract management towards the supplier
  • Effort: 2-4 days on site: Project location = Milan

    Successful implementation of the ERP solution IFS Applications 10 in 3 waves, Europe, Asia and Americas together with a project team of 60 employees.
