With an ERP solution and various area-specific applications such as CRM, MES or BI, the business software landscape forms the backbone of many companies. Every change and/or new introduction of business software is a far-reaching intervention in the entire processes of a company.

The introduction of business software is very complex, especially from a project management perspective, and requires not only technical but also methodological and social skills from those involved. Our best-practice afternoons focus on the most important issues relating to the selection and introduction of business software.

Duration

Start with a welcome and introductory round at 13:00.

After the event, a networking aperitif will take place at around 17:00.

Dr. Martin Brogli - 2BCS AG, CEO and Founder

Dr. Martin Brogli is co-founder of 2BCS AG. Since 1995 he has been working as a process and IT consultant in various industries in Switzerland and abroad. He wrote his dissertation on the topic of "Processes and IT".

Robin Seidelmann - 2BCS AG, Director

Robin Seidelmann has been managing international MES and ERP projects since 2000. As a business IT specialist with a focus on business processes in industrial companies, he is the first point of contact at 2BCS for ERP evaluations, ERP implementations, business process management and digitalization strategies.

Jafar Sabadia - 2BCS AG, Senior Consultant

Jafar Sabadia is a Senior Consultant at 2BCS. He studied business administration and business innovation at the University of St. Gallen and has worked for various start-up companies. Jafar specializes in digitalization and focuses at 2BCS in particular on software evaluations and software launches.

Christian Escopete - 2BCS AG, Senior Consultant

Christian Escopete is a consultant at 2BCS and specializes in ERP and MES implementation and evaluation projects. He studied industrial engineering at the ZHAW with a specialization in industrial engineering. He previously worked for an ERP business software company as a business process consultant for large international companies and has in-depth knowledge of software implementation and process optimization. His favorite activities include traveling around the world, weight training and football.

Mauro Osta - 2BCS AG, Senior Consultant

Mauro Osta is a consultant at 2BCS with a focus on ERP projects. He specializes in software selection and implementation project support.
