  • Arrange a legally balanced contractual structure between Bachmann and IFS

  • Analysis of the existing contracts, purchase orders, maintanance agreements and SoW
  • Understand current company situzation concerning it’s current and future usage of IFS
  • Common definition of negotiation targets and negotiation strategy
  • Creation and agreement of negotiation plan and meetings
  • Definition of target scope of the modules
  • Negotiation of legal contracts (Master Service Agreement, Order Form, Developer Licence Agreement, Software Service Addendum)
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Check of adjacent contracts (SoW, Success)
