The aim is to have a clear and legally correct contract that precisely reflects the agreed services and enables smooth project initialization.
Project Implementation coaching:
The aim is to introduce D365 as standard as possible. In doing so, a process redesign must be ensured that ensures the change from a production company to a service company.
Project activities
Project MS D365 contract and SOW review:
- Check the level of detail to ensure that the service description is detailed enough for the start of the project.
- Structural check to compare whether the service description is logically structured and comprehensible.
- Check consistency to ensure that the service description is consistent with the solution design
- Identify any need to adapt internal processes and program sequences.
- Clarify the service description so that it reflects the agreed services.
- Check general terms and conditions and suggest changes
Project Implementation coaching:
- Structuring the initialization phase together with the project team
- Ensuring the conceptual depth of the solution design
- Quality reviews of the individual chapters developed
