Operational support and advice to Rupp Austria GmbH in the evaluation. Review and assessment of incoming information and offers. Contract negotiations.
Project objective
Rupp Austria GmbH would like the decision in favour of the new solution to be made in Q4/2023 at the latest so that ideal conditions can be created for the implementation project from Q1/2024.
Project activities
- Comparative and neutral assessment from a market and experience perspective
- Use of 2BCS templates and methods
- Joint development of a specification sheet using standard requirements from the IT Matchmaker
- Joint preparation of all documents required for the tender & obtaining offers from the four favoured providers
- Evaluation workshop per provider for assessment from a 2BCS perspective
- Clarify contractual issues
- Conducting legal and commercial negotiations based on benchmarks
- Documentation of the contracts
