Create and negotiate an ERP contract covering licences and project services ensuring that Topstar gets a good deal and a contract that is safe. In addition to the above said, carry out the internal preparations (e.g. set-up of the project organization) for the implementation project
Analysis of initial situation (historical documentation, existance of written requirements (RFP) and measures to complete the prerequisites)
Providing of contractual elements (e.g. RACI-Lists, Milestones, Deliverables) to project management
Review of the contract drafts from the suppliers and red-lining of these contracts
Alignment with project management and CFO
Commercial and legal negotiations with implementation partner with the following goals: Clarifying open issues and potential problems ahead of the implementation project and Ensuring Topstars position and at the same time, validating the customer-sided tasks
