  • Introduction of the solution in Switzerland, the UK and other foreign subsidiaries
  • Standardization of processes and transparency

  • Creation of process and application maps
  • AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping with strengths / weaknesses / improvements
  • Preparation of the requirements and additional information for the RFP
  • Evaluation of the tender and recommendation for the shortlist
  • Supplier workshops according to a predefined storybook
  • Scoping workshops and contract preparations
  • Commercial and legal contract negotiations
