  • Is Delaware the right partner?
  • Is the proposed approach correct?
  • Are the efforts/costs offered realistic?

Project activities

  • Requirements comparison: Comparison of the Wipf requirements with the standard requirements from the IT Matchmaker à Coverage level
  • Partner check (especially SAP Printing & Packaging)
  • Utility analysis client concept (Elco vs. Wipf)
  • Draft target contract construct (framework contract, project contract, RACI matrix, GDPR, license contract, support contract)
  • Agreement on the negotiation objectives with the client
  • Negotiations (Commercial and Legal)
  • Contract documentation and signature
