Task

In Phase 0, 2BCS was tasked with drafting a regulation, negotiating it with the parties involved, and formalizing it contractually.

Project objective

The "Saphir" business transformation programme is designed to guide Sanitas Troesch into the future with regard to processes and applications. To manage any potential project risks and conflicts effectively and systematically, a governance, escalation, and risk management procedure was established in collaboration with 2BCS.

Project activities

  • Scope definition regarding governance, escalation, and risk management
  • Describe the programme organization and project roles
  • Documentation in the governance model
  • Describe how problems are to be resolved (escalations) (problem description, statements, decision-making bodies, consequences).
  • Definition of risk management.
    –Risk catalog, risk identification, risk assessment, risk visualization (heat map), communication, and mitigation
