Project objective

  • Ensuring a successful ERP implementation through proactive change management
  • Close dialogue with the ERP project management (2BCS)
  • Recognising and taking suitable measures against disruptive factors in the project at an early stage

Project activities

  • Stakeholder analysis taking into account the influence and interest of stakeholders in relation to the ERP implementation
  • Determination and establishment of suitable feedback mechanisms in the project to accompany the change of Curaden bottom-up
  • Regular surveys, pulse checks and risk analyses in collaboration with the most important stakeholders

  • Minimisation of classic project risks in ERP implementations

  • Ensuring a sustainable implementation tailored to the needs of Curaden employees
