Project objective

Rüegg Chemineé AG is looking for independent expertise for the upcoming CRM project for CRM system or software selection and implementation support.

Project activities

  • Carrying out a Request for Proposal with CRM software manufacturers
  • Scope definition with 2BCS methodology
  • Requirements gathering along relevant touchpoints, orientation based on defined customer journeys
  • Coordination with IT requirements of the existing and future application landscape (especially ERP)
  • Consolidation of requirements and creation of functional specifications
  • Longlist definition: reduction of potential software solutions based on the RfP information, definition of potential implementation partners per software solution
  • Tendering and evaluation of offers
  • Basis for decision-making
  • Project management for Rüegg Cheminée Schweiz AG in the implementation phase
